Such a fun and informational class! First off, I loved how the class wasn't just a cut and dry "here's a recipe, follow these steps". Instead, it was more of a relaxed, conversational and easy-going experience. I also liked how Aleks gave tips and tricks along the way. I now know to bang the garlic on the counter with a knife and it is easier to peel!! Or if you have extra cilantro throw it in your salad to bring out more flavor!! It wasn't too lengthy or too fast, and Aleks made sure to check if we needed assistance or had any questions along the way (this was super helpful for a beginner cook like me). And the best part was the food! Everything was AMAZING and I couldn't believe I made something so delicious! This class is something I would absolutely recommend to anyone and I'm already looking for the next class to take!

This was my first time ever taking a cooking class, and I honestly didn’t think I’d have so much fun! Turned out to be the perfect quarantine date night & I got a delicious new vegan recipe (approved by multiple meat-eaters) to add into my meal prep rotation. Aleks explained each step super clearly, and it never felt rushed (even though I started a bit behind the rest of the class), and if I missed a step I could look into the zoom chat to see exactly what it was. Overall 10/10 experience, and 100% recommend to literally everyone—can’t wait to take another!

My daughter and I signed up for Lots of Yums virtual cooking class a few weeks ago . It was so fun and so much more than just learning a new vegan recipe. I loved all the fun food tips Aleks gave us as we were cooking. She really took her time explaining the preparation for the chipotle aioli (which was so delicious) . The tacos were not your regular tacos, they were full of flavor and using oyster mushrooms replacing the beef was amazing. We ended the dinner with Mexican hot chocolate .... YUM !
I would highly recommend signing up for a class or two, you’ll be amazed at what you can learn and the best part is enjoying a delicious dinner after !!!!! Thank you Aleks , can’t wait for our next class !!!!

The breakfast smoothie tastes like a milkshake! Such a treat and bonus is it’s healthy! The berry sauce with chia seeds are delicious over the pancakes. Don’t need any sweeteners. Great class.
